We provide algorithmic trading services that are compliant with SEBI regulations. Our services include:

- Performance reporting and analytics
- Customer support and consultation
- Educational resources and documentation
All services are provided subject to SEBI registration and regulatory compliance.
3. User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Investment Risks

5. Fees and Payments
Our fee structure is based on your investment amount:
- ₹2 Lakh Investment: ₹2,000/month
- ₹5 Lakh Investment: ₹3,000/month
- ₹10 Lakh Investment: ₹5,000/month
Annual payments receive a 10% discount. All fees are subject to applicable taxes and must be paid in advance.
6. Limitation of Liability
Algoh Trading Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use of our services
- Market losses or trading decisions
- Technical failures or system downtime
- Third-party actions or services
- Data loss or security breaches beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, software, and materials provided through our service are the intellectual property of Algoh Trading Solutions. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary algorithms
- Reverse engineer our software or systems
- Use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without permission
- Share access credentials with third parties
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Non-payment of fees
- Regulatory requirements
Upon termination, you will lose access to all services and data.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent website notices.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
